Bump grpc dependents

Because of the recent version streaming of grpc, dependencies need to be bumped in order to pick up the new versions.

This list was made by looking at dependencies of grpc and so:libgpr.so.43 using apk.dag.dev. It is very possible that this list is incomplete. If there is a better way to figure out the dependency dag, let me know.

This does not include otel-cpp - this is handled incidentally in https://github.com/wolfi-dev/os/pull/30591
