Need to remove subpackages from python 3.10, 3.11 and 3.12

The sub packages added in the latest version Causing scan issue. The scanner detects pip package installed in the base version.

Is there a way I can mention in the YAML file that not to include the subpackages (py3-setuptools-wheel & py3-pip-wheel) while building the image using apko.
