withdraw trust-dns package

Also obsolete packages should be withdrawn after renames and stream-splits. (ref: https://github.com/wolfi-dev/os/blob/main/WITHDRAWING_PACKAGES.md)

  the package was renamed to hickory-dns and that's already part of
  wolfi-repo. All the existing releases and tags is deleted from the
  original trust-dns repo.
  withdrawing this package because it's leading to FTBFS.

putting this in draft mode initially because I'm not sure about the dependents of this package as of now. Accidentally removing it might cause problems for someone depending on it.
