Could you help with cdrom for ShaderX4

Hello, at first, sorry for this totally unrelated and silly request :) To the point: I am trying to get the cdrom content of the book Shader X4 - I bough a used book (can prove it of course) without cdrom and now I have a problem to find one. As a last resort I thought the maybe you could help me with this - never know :) Github was the only contact option I have found, so please excuse me abusing it and thank you in advance for any help.
