calculator mode

there's redundancy in loop scheduling and jump looping. plus, it's impossible to jump and / or jump loop 16, 32, etc beats on a live track, which can be severely limiting.

update 4/1: changed name from "revamp jumploop" to this b/c it's more accurate

new idea: have the addition mechanism apply also to setting hotcues! so we may set hotcues anyway (literally) in the song from any given location, using the addition buttons appropriately.

this "calculator" setup is very much not intuitive to the average joe DJ. i'll have to include it as an option - or maybe a separate mode?
