Description

Add a workflow to generate a weekly Coverity scan.

Relies on GitHub secrets:

COVERITY_SCAN_TOKEN
COVERITY_SCAN_EMAIL

Uses a third party workflow script: https://github.com/vapier/coverity-scan-action
