New Espressif Component Manager Integration Needed

Similar to https://github.com/wolfSSL/wolfssl/issues/5319 and as noted in https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf/pull/9288 there's a new Espressif Component Manager in the works.

wolfSSH needs to be integrated as an ESP-IDF component,
