Add smoketests to github workflow actions

Please add smoketests that perform:

openssl speed sha256 rsa2048 ecdsap256
openssl s_client -connect github.com:443 </dev/null

Possibly with comparison of output with --provider default and --provider libwolfprov

Attempting to add the above, results in inability to initiate RSA, or numbers are significantly different between the two providers, or certificate verification fails.
