Make onComplete parameters generics

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the onComplete function for abilities have set types for its parameters, it should be generics that are set by the user.

Describe the solution you'd like The user sets the types of the onComplete parameters.

Describe alternatives you've considered making parameters any circumvents the issue but is not ideal.
