Warn when audio seeking won't work

Can you elaborate on it please!! As far from the title, I believe we have to alert the user when audio seek will not work( either when browser is not compatible or required files are not present). Please correct me if I am wrong!

What elaboration would you like? You are correct — there are situations when audio seeking isn't available, and it would be nice to alert the user in those cases.
