Add Search for public projects (e.g. who has ILI9341-Touch already done with ESP32-S3 ... STM32, ...)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Asking for a feature: I am searching for examples to work with specific components. Since there are lots of public projects, It would be great to search through them.

Describe the solution you'd like I was searching for an ILI9341 with touch for an ESP32-S3-Project. Unfortunately, my physical Version works with SPI-Touch. So after clicking on ESP32-S3 I would have expected to see public projects with this device. Best Case I would filter this set of public projects for the component I want to use, and the list would be reduced to public projects using this component.
