WFN not able to read firewall rules?

The new UI is very nice. Unfortunately, WFN isn't working at all for me. WFN blocks inbound and outbound connection attempts, even though a respective firewall rule already exists. After just a few hours, WFN added rules in duplicates or triplicates. This is probably connected to issue #138, because WFN causes high CPU usage when it accumulates several blocks for connections that were already allowed previously.

I am running Windows 10 Pro N 21H1.
