All windows should be movable by mouse

Some windows (options, about and the notification window!) are not movable with the mouse - resulting in crucial problems in many situations! Situations are so manyfold (multiple displays; changing resolutions or other settings driven by games, other applications or the user; connecting or disconnecting devices for presentations or other reasons; preference of the user to use one or another monitor or one or another corner of the screen; ...) that there will be no chance in handling all special cases by automation. So, please let the user move these windows, at least the notification window!

Currently the most important notification window has a bugged out position every now and then, e.g. keeping its position of an empty window, although there is content to show, resulting in drawing its content to the void! Having to kill and restart WFN (to get it to know the new resolution or other situation) and replaying the whole situation is at least cumbersome in ones private spare time - but it makes WFN unusable in a productive environment, e.g. when ones colleagues are waiting for you to join an online meeting using a new application whose network access has to be unlocked first!

(I am thankful that I was at least able to move the invisible notification windows with the keyboard workaround in some situations, but that is really cumbersome.)
