Resize option works on Mac but not on Windows

I am wondering if this is an issue with this package or electron itself.

I have the resize window option set to true. So the user can resize the window.

But on Microsoft Windows the window does not resize. On Mac is resizes just fine.

Has anyone had success using this package to get a resizable windows app? If so how? Thanks
