Description

I'd want to access default values for properties like 'format*' and 'navigationLabel'. In my use case, I like to change the current behavior. It's hard to reimplement the current behavior as it's pretty complex. It may be advantageous for API to disclose the default formatters from dateFormatter.js and date.js
