It's been a while since I worked on this bottom sheet, but I encountered a handful of bugs with the drag gesture and also wanted to add in the ability to use a NavigationStack. I can spend some time writing up the change log if you'd like.

Made the fixes that were necessary - I'll write up a change log when I get a chance! Latest commit makes the BottomSheetView much more performant. I was unaware but onScrollGeometryChange has some serious performance concerns.
