better visibility temperatures

On a sunny day, the temperatures in red/blue on a light blue background are not very well visible. Wouldn't it be an idea to have a red and blue background using black or white characters? E.g. like the UV previsions. I know, as displayed on the screenshot one would say that there is no problem, but on a sunny day there is.
