[Feature Request] Include a horizontal line on the Temp chart for freezing.

On the 10 day chart with the running max and min temperatures just include a dotted horizontal line at 32 degrees (if user set F) or 0 degrees (if user set C)

This allows someone to quickly glance at the chart picture to see if any of the times are dipping into freezing temps.

I just tried it, but it looks quite ugly, like a display error. So I will not implement it.

A (perhaps less ugly) way would be to use the same origin for temperatures and precipitations.

Like in:

[ibinshoid]

Another way would be to make another background color or a gradient.
