More options for units

I would like to have speed in mph, distance in miles. But metres for elevation and accuracy. That is probably the preferred option for most people in the UK.

Or have separate unit options for each thing?

sounds quite inconsistent. If meters is good for altitude, why not for distance? Are you guys in UK slowly morphing towards a metric system? But you still drink beer in pints, right?
