How do you get the recipient to run the code?

Might be a dumb question but where exactly do you run the code for the script to work? Do you need to install anything such as a Python executable for the code to be run? Or is there something obvious that I'm missing?

you need to open the script with python but if you made it in a exe you don't need anyhing
