so when i run the .exe it says this app cant run on your pc to find a version for your pc check with the software publisher

How did you convert it to .exe? Just changing the extention won't work, install an IDE and try using auto-py-to-exe. You can install it by typing pip install auto-py-to-exe in the "terminal". (assuming you have Python of course.)

You can search how to do it on Google. Pretty sure there are several tutorials.

If you didn't mess something up I can't see many other reasons why it would give you that error message.
