The structures do not generate after reload on the server!

When the server starts, it generates normally, but when using /reload, it stops generating! This happens with all populator plugins! If you can fix this error, it would be perfect, as there are some plugins that I use and that need to use /reload to work.

Never use /reload! It breaks all!

xd does it do that on any software other then spigot etc xddd (pmmp does break aswell)
