May I recommend /msg MemoServ help ... the real problem here is how few people bother to register with services.

Oh, we can still leave this issue open. I want to implement auth in the bot better than just services auth and that would make tell still have value. I dunno if I've talked about the auth thing at any point, but I'll make sure there's an issue explaining how it can be better than services identification.
