Paper CTR AUC results

Hello, I am sorry for disturbing you. I am wondering if the stats you have in the paper, under "all" is for all 9 campaigns or just those you mention in table1. Furthermore, I assume that the value for "all" is not just taking the average of the campaigns in table1(i.e 70.52+69.74 +62.99+.. /5 ) for FNN, but counting their click prediction error individually for all the campaings and then take the average.
