Can't seem to make work on RPi 3

Followed the directions to a T. All mounts are correct and mounted. Can ssh to slave (normal PC) and everything. Couldn't find the prt.log anywhere so I am not sure what logs or info is needed.

Log says

But when I prt get_cluster_load it shows the correct load for the slave
