Lightweight Web Interface

Feature Request

Having a lightweight web interface would be good for dealing with all the information & easy configuration updates. Something similar to as plexpy uses, as the setup & information options increase a gui is a good thing for a clustering type product like this

I think we start with #9, then consider this. A web interface would also be a lot more convenient for configuration and debugging.

I'm fine with that, I figured the web part at least a basic version should be pretty bolt on as there will be lots of standard ones out there
