Remove white spaces in the data volume path

Logging in the running container one can see the data volume is at

/u01/app/oracle/oradata\ wnameless/oracle-xe-11g/

It would be easier NOT to have a white space in the path.

And it would help to have this showed in the README file.

Or is this /u01/app/oracle/oradata/XE/ directory the one holding the data ?

What is the command you are using to start the container?

I've made some progress. And I could find my way into specifying a custom database file location. But I loose it across a container restart. I described the issue here.

@stephaneeybert Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having a hell of a time myself persisting data across container restarts.
