Eventually it would be nice to be able to customize the avatar, group description, header image.

Not sure what the best way would be, but sending a toot with some sort of command might be 1 way.

I like this suggestion. I was originally hoping to run this with no HTML front-end whatsover, but I had to cave and do profile pages for the remote follow workflow, but I want to keep as much as possible running via activity pub.

Do you know any good libraries for implementing chat-based UI?
