WMDR KPI 1: Statistic on structure and content of WSI

Summary and Purpose Create a statistic (tabular, graphical) on the WSIs in use in OSCAR/Surface

Stakeholder(s) WMO, MeteoSwiss, Members at large

Proposal The statistic should cover the distributions of issuers (ISO vs 20xxx), issue, local identifier (length, character vs numbers, capitalization) individually and for each issuer.

Reason For operational purposes and to establish a naming 'tradition', it should be useful to generate such an overview.
