Guidance on use of gml:identifier elements in WxObjects

The use of the <gml:identifier> element in IWXXM documents is new and meant for WxObjects in the WAFS, VONA and QVACI products at the moment. Will the WMO provide any guidance or recommendations regarding the gml:identifier's codeSpace attribute structure for a given WxObject?

Thanks Mark. Yes we should. We probably need a place in the WMO Community Website for this purpose. Let's see if @amilan17 has any views on this.
