The DTG is incorrect or not correctly converted
DTG: 20161108/0100Z
In XML should be:
<iwxxm:issueTime>
<gml:TimeInstant gml:id="uuid....">
<gml:timePosition>2016-11-08T01:00:00Z</gml:timePosition>
</gml:TimeInstant>
</iwxxm:issueTime>
Or fix in the TAC of course (my choice, case where DTG and first observation are different)
DTG: 20161108/0000Z
There is not replaced advisory number and the advisory number is incorect
So the xml is wrong.
First the tag iwxxm:replacedAdvisoryNumber must have NOT be present Second: the value of tag iwxxm:advisoryNumber is incorrect:
<iwxxm:advisoryNumber>2016/2</iwxxm:advisoryNumber>
should be
<iwxxm:advisoryNumber>2016/1</iwxxm:advisoryNumber>
@blchoy Is this addressed in the 2025-2 RC?
My understanding is that this example no longer exists in Amendment 82; and all examples have also been moved from Annex 3 to PANS-MET. We have yet to see the consolidated PANS-MET to confirm.
But regarding the mentioned example in IWXXM 2023-1 there will be no applicable workflow to update, isn't it?
https://github.com/wmo-im/iwxxm/wiki/TT-AvData-Discussion-2025-Jun-13 notes: will not update previous examples and it may no longer be applicable to the next release.
