Describe the bug Documentation of iwxxm:WAFSJetStreamWindSymbol/iwxxm:windSpeed has left out the possible use of knots as unit of measure.

To Reproduce N/A.

Expected behavior Current it said 'Horizontal wind speed at the indicated position. Wind speeds shall be provided in unit of measurer "m/s" (meters per second)'. It should be revised to 'Horizontal wind speed at the indicated position. Wind speeds shall be provided in either two units of measures, 'm/s" or "[kn_i]" (knot)'.
