Purpose
To have a landing page for IWXXM with basic information and auxiliary guidance. This should be a more simple form of the old pages on the wiswiki (https://old.wmo.int/wiswiki/tiki-index.php%3Fpage=TT-AvXML)

As discussed (Anna/Choy) on 28 May 2021 these were changed in the proposed update to be brought up in METP/5. I understand that Anna has further suggestions to the URLs mentioned in the document. WMO may want to intervene during METP/5 to bring these up.
