SSL certbot file paths were updated

The current links to download the options-ssl-nginx.conf and the ssl-dhparams.pem have changed. The current ones result in a 404

What exactly is changed and how to fix it ? I have trouble registering ssl. Don't know why so maybe there is some problem with the thing you mentioned.
