remove shrinkwrap which references unavailable version of ansi-styles

the shrinkwrap file here specifies a version of ansi-styles which is no longer available, as many people have noted on https://github.com/npm/npm/issues/17723

https://docs.npmjs.com/files/shrinkwrap.json says "it's strongly discouraged for library authors to publish this file," so I tried removing it entirely.
