Adding Images

Open wmboyles opened this issue 5 years ago • 4 comments

I have purposely not included any images in the initial commit. I don't want to add images here for which I do not have the rights. Instead, I have added [INSERT IMAGE] where an image was in the original document. Add an image by inserting it into it's proper place in the .tex document and the Images folder.

I have begun adding images that Reddit user u/rich1126 created.

For the differential equations work, fewer images were required, and I was able to make most of them using tools like Desmos and LucidChart. That being said, more complex images are still needed for multivariable calculus, and if anyone thinks they have a more suitable image for any work, they can request it be added.

I will look around for some, do i add the pictures directly or is creating an images directory to have it all in one place preferable?

Either having an images directory or putting the images in the same folder as the .text file that uses the images if fine, as long as it's consistent. If you'd like some guidance about what images I had in mind (especially for the multicalc summary, which uses an images folder) you can look at this early version that still has the images. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CBLj6mU6sV6yFNYeTEYkrJBKs7HNrU-K/view?usp=sharing
