Operation fails to run with multiples lines selected

Not sure why, but I get this error when trying to run the command. Running the contributed command:'joinLines.joinLines' failed.

I'm on OSX.

I get the same thing, but only when the file ends immediately after the lines I am trying to join.

If I add an empty line after the selection it works fine. Is this the same bug ? I suspect #5 might also be the same thing.

@hmigneron the last line bug has been solved, and I've released a new version. I believe that #5 is a different problem.

@askdesigners are you still experiencing this problem, or is it now fixed with the latest release?
