Numbers not handled correctly in snake <-> camel case

Thanks for the great extension! Just a quick nit.

first_name_1 converted to camel case should be firstName1 not firstName_1. firstName_1 is not proper (IMO) camelCase. Likewise, the reverse conversion firstName1 to first_name1 is not correct either.
