1.Add the keyboard shortcut mapping. 2. Set a keyboard shortcut to make it can switch every change-case case. such as: press ctrl + c: apply to camel command. press ctrl + c again: apply to constant command.

Oracle's SQL Developer has a toggle case shortcut like this (Ctrl-') and it works great. It cycles through a number of common case types. You highlight a word, hold down control, and keep pressing the single quote key until it switches to the case you want. Fast and intuitive once you get used to it. Definitely a worthwhile feature to add.
