Added: Dynamic DevOps Roadmap

I'd like to add the Dynamic DevOps Roadmap to the list. The roadmap works a bit differently as it's not linear (e.g., tool-by-tool) but progressive, with each chapter based on the previous one.

The roadmap is fully free (it's also open-source/content under a Creative Commons license) which includes an introduction, 6 modules, a progressive project (part of each module), a capstone project at the end, interview questions, and even the next steps in DevOps and DevOps-like topics (e.g., MLOps, AIOps, DataOps, etc.).
