Reverting dots to hyphens in gene names before GO analysis

Thanks for the great package. It really fills a gap in pseudo time analysis.

I had a question. Are gene names in which a hyphen got replaced with a dot converted back to hyphen before submitting gene lists for GO analysis using "psupertime_go_analysis".

I am not sure, because I don't get any hits for pathways including histocompatibility genes (eg H2-Aa, H2-Ab) which have the highest car value in my analysis.
