Error in calculating loss

Hi, It seems like you have wrongly calculated the loss as shown in http://www.cs.toronto.edu/~law/publications/ICML/2017/projectpage/.

It seems like you haven't calculated the SVD step. So that might be the reason you didn't get the results as reported in the paper.
