Remove stencils
Stencils suck for our project! They add a ton of complexity in our rendering, and have no concept of alpha, which breaks the AA we get on window corners thanks to smoothstep(). We should remove stencils from the shadow and blur shaders to clean up our rendering logic.

I'm going to close this, stencils for blur are useful and aren't imposing any restrictions
