Calling vsomeip example dynamic library dll using cppyy under windows is not available

Hi, In windows, use cppyy to call the dynamic library dll generated by vsomeip examples version v3.4.10(https://github.com/COVESA/vsomeip/tree/3.4.10). When cmd executes the python script, the creation_application function _name is always empty, and the python script automatically ends. No error log is generated.
