Update CI to ubuntu-22.04

We are currently relying on the old ubuntu-20.04 images for CI. Unfortunately, updating to the current ubuntu-22.04 is blocked on https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/63910, so currently we are stuck with the old images. I guess we can only hope they won't be removed any time soon...
