In my experience swapping in CI is a bad idea. Kills performance. IMO we should add more RAM.

We enabled [developer mode](https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/678032) on mac-imac3-ky via ```console sudo DevToolsSecurity -enable sudo dseditgroup -o edit -a jenkins -t user _developer ``` This should be reverted after debugging is done.
