如何固定左侧的NERD_TREE, 使用t打开新的多个tab，每个都能够看到 NERD_TREE

无意中发现可以固定左侧的 NERD_TREE，使用t切换tab的时候，每个都能够看到NERD_TREE，但是自己都不知道怎么弄的？退出来之后通过什么按键可以固定呢？
