在环境变量 用户变量中新建以下配置就可以实现 变量：JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS 值：-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 配置之后能解决windows中文乱码的问题 因为中文系统默认编码格式gbk 而你的数据是utf-8
