I remembered ctrl-c/v worked on 10.9, maybe in SampleWindow. Does right click
show copy/paste? I'm not able to test on Mac recently.

I am on 10.8.5. I cannot confirm on 10.9

The right-click copy/paste works. But not Ctrl-c/v

I tested on Mac 10.10 and it couldn't ctrl-c/v. I forgot how it might worked
before. (Turns out ctrl-backspace/left or right arrow works.) I might look into
this later.

The TAB key also doesn't work. On the HTML form pressing the tab key should result in an focus of the next field on the form. Now nothing happens.
