Mesh import does nothing ? blank page...anything visible...
Hi and first, thanks for this free software which seems amazing and I really hope I can use it into my workflow but I have a major issue with it:
If I open an personnal OBJ file or a datasets PLY file, in both situation, instantMeshes seems to import the models as it shows the "please wait" windows while reading the file and then...nothing. The page stay as blank as when I opened the software..
Any idea of what am I missing or doing wrong here, or solution please ?
I'm still waiting for it to download, but since this isn't getting answers, just a shot in the dark: scale object to a reasonably normal model size (in case it's too large or too small) and position at 0,0,0 with object origin close to geometry. Don't know if there's an upper limit to number of verts you're facing. Can always try to import that .obj in another program and see if it was exported correctly.

same here, I can import the .obj files and the console log thing says it has imported succesfully but it just doesnt show, i can still remesh the file though so i think it must be with just the rendering of the model
Maybe you could provide an obj file to fix the issue and exact steps how to reproduce it.
Same problem for me. The object is not rendered. Remesh functionality works and the result can be exported. But I can't see whats going on until I open the output using other software. (Tested with the bunny example).
OS: Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS
any fix to this? Even importing the default rabbit doesn't show anything on the screen.
